terms of service

⟡ if i feel as if i cannot fulfill your request, i have the right to decline the request.
⟡ there are no refunds once i have gotted a sketch approved by you.
⟡ usage of art for nft's, and ai art are prohibited.
⟡ once the art is recieved, you may use it for personal usage (profile image, twitter post).
⟡ usage on streams or thumbnails as assets, require aa 1.5x charge for commercial usage.
⟡ inquiries for reselling art, or using them for merchandise, need to be discussed with me first.
⟡ for chibi characters, please understand complicated designs will be inevitably simplified.⋆˙⟡♡ payment ♡⟡˙⋆
Payment will be done through Paypal, other platforms of payment can be discussed in direct messages.⋆˙⟡♡ process ♡⟡˙⋆
① requests can be made through the google form
② i will follow up to notify of the comission start, and give a tentative deadline for delivery.
③ sketches will start once the deadline is agreed upon. any requests that need to be done quickly may require a small additional fee.
④ there is a limit of 2 edits for the sketch, and once that is approved, there will be no revisions. extra sketch edits past 2, and post-sketch revisions after this point will be charged.
⑤ i will send the final artwork to you in any form that is requested (either through discord, twitter, google drive, or email.)
